Our EPS beads are produced using a sophisticated process and are freshly packaged on the same day they are manufactured.
To guarantee superior quality polystyrene, we follow three key steps:
1. Pre-expansion of the EPS granules
2. Resting phase of at least 10 hours
3. Final expansion to obtain EPS beads ready for use

Our EPS beads are made from carefully selected EPS granules. Our supplier adheres to the Responsible Care standard, the global benchmark for responsibility in the chemical industry. They are committed to applying the strictest standards for environmentally and health-conscious production.
We have chosen EPS granules without harmful flame retardants, unlike many alternatives available on the market.
