Warranty of Our Products
The duration of the legal warranty for products sold online in France is systematically two years from the date of your purchase. Depending on the products, it does not apply in the same way. To help you understand, we offer you a simple table that will allow you to know at a glance what the Jumbo Bag warranty covers.
Regarding Celeste Balls
For all Celeste balls, the warranties detailed above apply to the outer cover. The inner ball is guaranteed only in the event of loss of airtightness at the closing valve or a defect at the level of a weld. If the ball is accidentally punctured during use, the warranty cannot apply.
What to Do if the Warranty Applies to Your Product?
You must follow the steps below:
* Take one or more photos of the damage;
* Attach them to an email sent to our customer service ([email protected]) in which you briefly describe the problem observed;
* You must specify the number of your Jumbo Bag order (or the number of your original order if you purchased the product on a marketplace), as well as the date of purchase;
* Our team will get back to you (allow on average 48 hours for a response time) to offer you a solution (replacement, refund).
About Product Discoloration...
Even though many Jumbo Bag products can be used outdoors, we must consider that discoloration observed on the products, even after a few months of use, is part of the normal wear of the product. The speed of discoloration of the products depends on many factors such as the level of sunlight, the duration of UV exposure, pool treatment products, as well as the shade of the product itself, as some colors fade faster than others...
In order to extend the lifespan of the colors, we recommend applying a few simple rules:
*Do not leave the products exposed 24 hours a day to the sun’s UV rays and protect them at night. Contrary to a common belief, it is not the UV rays of the moon that are harmful, but a chemical reaction due to an accumulation of natural hydrogen peroxide (widely used elsewhere for hair bleaching) which occurs at night and contributes to the discoloration of exposed textiles. Shelter your beanbag or your armchair or cover them at night and when you are not using them;
*For floating beanbags, do not leave them immersed 24 hours a day and protect them at night (see above). Take them out of the water regularly and rinse them with clear water. Only products from the Sunbrella and UV Protect ranges benefit from an extended 4-year warranty against UV, as it is the fabric manufacturers themselves who guarantee the durability of the colors.
