Since our fabrics are developed to offer both flexibility and durability, maintenance is really easy. For both indoor and outdoor models, we recommend cleaning them with a sponge and water. If the stain is stubborn, soap will surely do the trick. Our indoor/outdoor fabric is very supple to offer you maximum comfort, but also very resistant to ensure longevity. Therefore, neither the green side of the sponge nor the hard-bristle brush will intimidate it. For products in the Sunbrella range, the manufacturer provides you with a stain treatment guide. Until the end of 2012, our bean bags were not removable because the tests we conducted on this issue were inconclusive. Since the comfort of our bean bags was at stake, we had previously decided against this option. However, now the JumboBag giant cushion is available in a removable version, as we have found a way to limit the movement of the inner cover within the outer cover, thanks to clever ties that make the two covers solidary with each other. With the beads free to move into every corner of the JumboBag, the comfort remains intact. Maintenance was already very easy, and now it will become even easier! It is important to note that to date, only the giant cushion is offered in a removable version. This applies to all solid color models as well as printed models and Swimming Bags.

You have several options. You may have noticed that the giant cushion cover you received also contains an empty inner cover. Indeed, we have thought of owners of older models of JumboBag, or other giant cushions that are not removable, which is why we provide this lightweight cover in each outer cover. If you have ordered a separate outer cover and a complete set of 380 liters of filling beads, you can either: - Remove the empty inner cover from inside the outer cover. To do this, simply untie the ties at the four corners (those at the bottom are also tied), then insert the set of 380 liters of beads inside and retie the ties to secure the two covers together; - Transfer the beads contained in the separate 380-liter set you received using a simple funnel. In either case, you will have a spare inner cover in case the first one wears out.

The fabric of our Jumbo Bag bean bags (labeled indoor/outdoor) is lined inside with a layer of PVC, making it perfectly waterproof. However, be careful not to immerse it in your pool, as waterproof does not mean watertight, and it may sink and become difficult to retrieve. For use in the pool, we recommend using the Swimming Bag specifically designed for relaxation on the water.

We can easily ship your order to most European countries starting from €12.90 per package. All these operations are completed in just 10 to 12 days. Packages are typically handled by the standard services of the German Post Office (DHL), then relayed in each country by the local postal service. In France, packages are delivered by Colissimo, Exapaq, or DHL (for businesses). For other countries, please send us an inquiry at [email protected]. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home, workplace, or any other address of your choice. After your product is manufactured and ready for shipment, a tracking number will be provided to you.
